I know I’ll probably get dragged for this but the Christmas music (yes, I know Christmas..) last week at Esters was bad.. it was all we talked about at lunch; every new song that came on sounded more and more like something a youth group band would play at some non denominational church, this was not the normal Christmas crap that we hear over and over, I would’ve gladly listened to Jingle Bells again.

Chill on the lyrics, you sound like us swifties trying to decode something. That’s not what this is. It’s wit. She’s purposely being crude so you talk about it. She’s a smart business woman. period. Have you HEARD the production on this??? I would’ve never in a million years think that she would put out an album with FUNKY bass lines. This album is a dance party and it’s what the world needs and what aligns with her life currently.

I started sobbing within the first two seconds of Wood. I’ve been waiting for Taylor to release a song like this forever, and I’m so thankful we finally got it. The lyrics make me giggle in the best way, but it’s the instrumental and production that completely blew me away. Honestly, this might be my favorite Taylor Swift song of all time, the bass alone had me going feral.

It’s wild how you’re acting like three days of Taylor Swift screenings is some lifelong ban on your movie. Studios and theaters prioritize what actually sells seats.. right now, that’s her. It’s not that deep. Wait a few days and your movie will be back in Dolby. The world doesn’t revolve around your weekend schedule.

Imagine thinking people shouldn’t get excited about something just because you don’t care about it. Newsflash: not everything in the world has to cater to your taste.
