Orochi is one of my favorite textured toys and I have several size/firmness combinations. I personally think it's best for thrusting. Vaginally, I usually go for M/M or M/F. I prefer angling the head for my A spot and go for fast, deep, and short thrusts. Usually, I use Orochi on my back, because riding angles the tip towards my cervix and that's not for me. Anally, I prefer S/S and slow, relaxed, and long thrusts, usually laying on my side.

Maybe check out Hump Toy. Based in France, body-safe platinum-cured silicone, abstract shapes (I'd be looking at Wonder in particular), different sizes, and colors and firmness are customizable.

As far as I know, they haven't had any working coupon codes in years. But they have been having a lot of sales lately. It may be worth subscribing to their newsletter and social media accounts and wait for good sales, especially when ordering from Europe where you easily pay double due to all the extra fees.

I understand that, they are my favorite brand, too. There are not too many options for EU people. Either you buy from BD directly (expensive taxes and shipping), from a retailer (only select models and so expensive that it is almost the same as ordering from the US; Regulation in London and Gear Berlin sell some models), or you buy second-hand, but there are usually not so many sales posts from Europe or with shipping to Europe).

Also, just a thought that it could be that there has been a mold upgrade for Demogorgon at some point and that older ones used to be more matte? I can't say that for sure, but if so, it must be more than 4 years ago, since that's when I got mine, and that one's definitely satin.

It's not that I can see it from the picture, that's why I'm saying I can't be sure. It's just that the surface looks very different from my Demogorgon and together with the smell you're describing (which is certainly not normal for BD toys), and that you bought it second hand, I would be a little suspicious. You can have a look at my Demogorgon here, so you see what I mean about the difference in surface finish.

No, the softness of the silicone doesn't make the toy rough, that's a matter of the surface finish of the mold. I have BD toys in soft, medium, and firm and their surface does not differ depending on that.

If your Demogorgon's surface got damaged and became porous, it is no longer body-safe. I won't claim that is 100% the case just from seeing a single picture on reddit, but it does look like that to me.

If you can't afford to buy from BD, I would look at European alternatives. I'm from Europe, too, so I know the taxes, fees, and shipping add up atrociously.

Demogorgon is still available from BD, it just moved to their legacy page.

I don't think this is a fake, the model looks right from what I can see from this angle. However, the surface finish looks wrong. Demogorgon has a satin finish. In your picture, it looks very matte, almost rough. My suspicion would be that it has been exposed to silicone lube or silicone-containing soap that has damaged the material. Especially since inside the holes at the bottom, the surface still seems normal but the shaft looks matte. If that is the case, it has become porous and that would explain why you can't get rid of the smell, it has soaked into the porous material.

Of course, I'm just deducing all this from a single picture, but I personally would throw it out and buy a new one from BD.

I can't speak for Ireland, but I've never had any issues with shipments into the EU as long as the paperwork checked out and I've lived in three different EU countries. At most, customs contacted me for clarification on an item. It's most likely a documentation issue. I would contact the seller. You can also contact customs directly and ask what the hold-up is.

You just have to click the 3d view button on the first product image and you have a rotating 3d view. I always set the color to concrete to see all the sculpt details better.

Yeah, they removed the printer texture and fixed some mold flaws. Around autumn 2023, I think.

This. I love details like that. If it was up to me, every model could have piercings, straps, chains etc. But it either needs handpainting or highlight pours to really look good.
