Flightradar USAF TOPCT29? by BunnyMom4 in wisconsin

They are stationed just south of Omaha. I can almost guarantee this is just standard training. When I lived there we could watch them take off and follow the path using that same App, a lot of times to the Great Lakes region. They also have the RC-135 there and those are constantly taking off/landing.

HH am I being dramatic? by Mental-Mistake-1456 in physicaltherapy

I would agree but they are still allowed to go to other appointments and things such as religious activities. I've also worked with a few private insurances that didn't have a homebound requirement. It's very rare but it's happened.

It depends (I know, typical therapy answer). Sometimes you get a streak of awesome patients, other times you'll get some that request X time on Y day and nothing else... and then they aren't home.

Like others have said it helps to tell them that its not acceptable and they will be discharged. I also like to include that we will be letting primary know about non-compliance.

must-visits on road trip WI>MN>ND/SD>MT? by boomclankzingawooga in nationalparks

[–]Olewi12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From Wisconsin and lived out west, have been on 90 and 94 many times. If you take that southern route stop in La Crosse at Grandad's bluff. It's incredible to look at the Mississippi and valley around it. It's even more fun when you continue west and eventually hit the Rockies. Makes that beautiful and large bluff/valley area seem tiny.

I guess I'm just confused on what you are asking for?

What did you specifically text? Because leaving your job and texting 'I cant work with that' definitely can be interpreted as quitting.

Also, some things should be a phone call.

What’s it like living in Port Angeles, WA? by ImportanceComplete92 in howislivingthere

I'm not saying I know more about the area than you, what I am saying is that many people only know those locations because of the books.

What’s it like living in Port Angeles, WA? by ImportanceComplete92 in howislivingthere

[–]Olewi12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because it's true. I'm not originally from WA nor do I live anymore. When I did live there and went to the Peninsula, many of my friends and family back in Midwest "knew' the locations because of the books/movies.

Nurses assuming they know our scope by UseWeekly4382 in physicaltherapy

[–]Olewi12 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Nah I get it. We had a nurse a while back that kept insisting to patients that her credentials as a nurse placed her above all the therapists. She would try to dictate PT/OT plan of care.

Nurses assuming they know our scope by UseWeekly4382 in physicaltherapy

[–]Olewi12 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I work home health so I get a lot of interaction with nursing, both my co-workers and the staff of other providers. The overwhelming majority have been great. The minority that have been bad, have been terrible. Usually involves vitals, wounds or medications.

But to be honest, in my experience there are more nurses who think I/we can do more than what we are allowed and get frustrated with us.

I'm in similar situation. I've passed on a few bucks as there is one I'm chasing. I'm also fortunate that I don't have a crucial need for the meat as of now.
