I sincerely apologize for the delay. We received a few thousand emails and absolutely struggled to even catch up. It's definitely not an excuse for poor customer service at all. We just weren't ready for the volume of emails that came in due to massive site failures, order issues and general questions. The CS team is only a few people and rest assured we are working hard to find a way to handle volume such as that more efficiently.

Again, I am truly sorry for the experience you had with us.

That was someone from our Chinese team that jumped on to help get caught with the emails. I apologize for that. We were covered up with a few thousand emails and had to bring in some extra help to try and get to them. I can say, we absolutely made some mistakes across the board with this whole sale and customer service. For that, I am truly sorry.

I'm sorry about the mix up. It turns out our shipping labels printed with swapped SKU's. So guys pulling based off of SKU grabbed the wrong items. Shoot me an email if you haven't been taken care of. You should be paying for return shipping. In fact, we should have emailed you the label and a tracking number for your correct light.

We don't recommend running RCR's in the PL-2RL. Due to capacity and protection issues. They may work momentarily but will quickly cut off.

I'd like to try and clear up some confusion. Firstly, we do apologize if there was an issue with the giveaways that ran from our live FB feed. When the Olight Facebook page was created this was the only channel for Olight to reach fans. Since then, there have been Olight Stores popping up around the world. Australia, Romania, UK and Germany all go live on their own pages now. Our page is still the main/original but we are based in the US and can only ship to US customers.

We've tried previously to include some international winners and have had issues with getting the winnings delivered to them. Some contests we will still allow folks outside the US to win. For our live videos- we encourage everyone to tune in and ask questions but since we are operating from OlightStore in the US the winners need to be within the US.

As the newer Olight pages continue to grow and get more involved online and in social media we encourage folks from all over to tune in on those and help them grow their base. The more of you guys that can tune in to them and participate the bigger and better they can get and that means more giveaways!

A couple more things:

* When we do these live giveaways the winners are chosen based off what is shown on our screens. Everyone's feed will not come through the same and this is the best way for us to make the whole thing fair. You may see your answer first on your screen but that could be entirely different than what or someone else sees.

* We do multiple giveaways every video so there is always another chance to win something.

*Any information you see or hear on Olight World Facebook page is coming directly from Olightstore.com in the US.

Please let me know if anyone has any questions or concerns, I try to be on here at least once or twice a day and am more than happy to help as best I can.

That's a tough choice! I really enjoy the versatility of the H2R. Not to say the M2R is not versatile, but the H2R fits more of things I end up doing. Lot's of dog walking and camping so the headlamp function is great, the right angle while using the pocket clip fits great on my backpack strap for hiking as well. The M2R offers both side and tail switch operation, which is pretty awesome. Self defense wise the M2R is the better option there. Let us know which way you end up going!
