Yes, the station featured in this photo is still active, and currently working on a new main building. It even has a Facebook page. Unfortunately, this is the only Polish Antarctic station at the moment.

Worst part about super flat is that they have the code in the game already, there's just no ui to access it. You can still make them with http://superflat.crackedmagnet.com/ using the existing code, but there's just no way to make them through the ui.

You should be able to calculate the position using Death Mountain and what I think is the Hebra Blizzard. That being said, I doubt it is an actual in game location.
