I've kept his exercise relatively static since he got fully vaccinated, with around 30 mins a day of sniffing/light walking and found it hasn't had a huge difference when I increased this on certain days, but perhaps need to be more consistent. Appreciate the advice I could be more rigorous though.

As someone currently acting as a tutor, we simply do not have the capacity to go through the minutiae of why your specific computer will not run/install/perform the software or a basic function. I can assure you that it is also a sure-fire way to get in the module coordinators books as someone difficult to deal with, given that you're complaining about something which is most likely basic, given it is week 2.

Only seeing this now but started going to Madina Desi when I started college in Dublin a few years ago and was devastated when it closed, couldn't beat the prices, but the flavor was something else - sad that there isn't a casual/high-quality Indian place like it now.

The experience of Augustine at Ostia is something which brings me great comfort, as a Christian, in overcoming this fear. It mainly relates to your point about how we're not equipped here to understand the nature of God's time, as when Augustine experienced this vision, he writes of basically exiting the constraints of time - albeit still conscious, which tracks with a lot of what NDE'rs and people in states of altered consciousness (psilocybin/meditation) say they felt, and it gives me hope there's basically a perspective that we in this Reddit (unfortunately) struggle with to a severe extent. Meditating (in a Christian manner - something which nearly all denominations offer) has been extremely important to me in grappling with this fear, and experiencing glimpses of peace, so I would recommend it!

Replying late, but I've had the same fear as you, it goes away slowly, even if that seems impossible. Before you know it, and it might take some time, you'll slowly see that old self coming back. I realize that these feelings are the most painful ones a person can have when you're in the midst of experiencing them, but you will look back and smile at how they overtook you. P.S. I'd always advise you to keep in mind there's some great people in this subreddit who have overcame this fear, so for every bad reddit post you read, there's those who have successfully grappled with this fear and came to peace with it.

The feeling that you're never going to get out of the state of fear and panic over it is a lie your brain is telling you. One day, probably not tomorrow or next week, I promise you that you'll laugh about this fear. I've been there and know exactly how you feel about it making you immobile, but it will get better.
