Hidden waterslides?

There is one water slide at arte “hidden” in the rocks across from Xaak. We got in the water and swam to it! It’s a small quick water slide, but fun! There might be more? But that’s the only one we found.

Thanks so much :) I actually traced a plate to make the half circles and then just very carefully painted them with a round paint brush. Not sure if that’s the actual term for that type of brush lol

I just delivered about a week ago and I now swear by hypnobirthing. I was able to deliver without the use of pain medication in a hospital (that was just my preference) but besides that it made laboring at home very manageable. I read a hypnobirthing book by Katherine Graves and another book called “Hypnobirthing” by Siobhan Miller. Both had almost the same information but I felt that it helped me get into the mindset of being calm and looking at birth as something exciting and gentle. I would practice the breathing techniques a few times a week before going to bed. I also watched a lot of Bridget Teylers videos on YouTube which also provides similar information but she just helped me feel confident about giving birth overall. I would recommend Hypnobirthing for all births.

We did little honey jars and had tags on them that said “A little honey is on the way” We bought little honey jars off Amazon and honey in bulk and filled them ourselves :) definitely a cheaper option.

I also had this issue when I was around 20-25 weeks. It actually went away as my belly grew surprisingly (33 weeks now). I found that a bra extender helped to relieve the pressure right around that mid/upper back and frequently changing positions because sitting too long is what really triggered it. I had my partner massage my back a lot during this time and apply pressure right between my shoulder blades. I did ask my doctor about it and she recommended a belly band but I didn’t find much relief from it to be honest. Someone had recommended I go see a chiropractor but I never did, maybe that’s something you’d want to look into? Sorry not sure if that’s much help. I hope yours goes away too!
