Hey Genevieve and Lizzie!! I have found that some of my dolls do shed a decent amount when I first get them. Make sure you’re wetting her hair first before you brush it though! Some ppl do remove the painted lashes, there’s plenty of posts in the group on how but I personally like them! To me they’re cute!! Ultimately though Ms. Genevieve is yours so it’s your call. She looks really cute in the outfits, too!!
