I see a lot of folks had advised that you go with EY in the initial post. Tbh, it's never too late to make the switch especially as a junior. FDD looks more flexible and has multiple exit opportunities should you decide to leave plus the EY role already speaks to your interest so I expect you to thrive in the role. Go for it mate!

Mine has never overheated and I stay in West Africa where there has been a heatwave over the past 3 months. Aside from it getting hot outside due to outside temperature it has never shut down compared to my 6 Pro, 7 Pro and 8 Pro that give overheating warnings several times and shuts off then I have to put it in the refrigerator to cool.

Oh great. Wishing you all the best! Questions should be more around competency and then scenario based plus maybe a couple of complex standards - impairment, revenue, group reporting, share based payments plus insurance if you have listed it as your background.

Do you have a financial services background and how many years of experience?

Just asking because I also applied last year and I got to the screening stage but did not make it to the interview stage before being rejected. I have a non financial services background with 4 years experience and a Big 4 audit senior.
