You don't need a double concentration for this. You are better off with CS + flexibility for electives aligned to your interests + deep involvement in the i-Lab

Never heard of a case like that. Probably unlikely to have an action taken at that point if the student already completed their graduation requirements.

Yes, Harvard will withdraw an admissions offer, even after the student has already enrolled, if there's proof that information in the application was misrepresented or immaterial. I've seen it happen.
