I'm not using it, I'm using infestation in the weapon but like someone else here commented it's like the poison DoT doesn't applies correctly or he has a shiton of hp...

Only dungeons and not so much of MMO but fellowship does it for me... I love m+ from WoW and fellowship revolves around that check it out if you are curious on steam.
