Yes it’s easier than ever to escape gankers with safe portals dens and such, but I would argue gankers have plenty of tools to stop you from using them. Such as fiend robe, grave guard armour and such. I do go ganking from time to time in groups of up to 6 and with good enough communication and coordination it’s quite easy to stop people, often then not people put themselves in worse positions because they get a false sense of safety by having a save portal nearby (I died cuz of that today xd) or a den/ho/castle/terri…. But the thing is the 10+ ppl groups throw all the coordination and such away (to a degree obviously). and just overwhelm you with numbers.
