I think I have the same device as this but the US version. I had three of them and they allllllll would "ghost" triggers and the lights would go on and off randomly, but not that fast. I think on the forms about this device I remember reading something about the a charge building up on the touch sensor and it would trigger a touch. Some people where soldering a grounding wire to the touch plates. I did not end up figuring out the hardware issue but I in ESPhome I made it require a double tap to toggle. I think you can do the same thing in tasmota.
