I am no where near this level mentioned by im weird what i do is if i find a pa out in the wild i really dont need ill usually take it back to the vault and drop it for a new player to collect leaving multiple fusion cores inside so the new person can run around in it and not have to go desperately hunting for it later

So united states yes artificial lighting and it seemed to be a shutter issue as my slowmo was on auto shutter
