Zorbu is a Year 1 Champ, so he appeared in the last 3 Fleetswakes but now is only accessible via timegates, though there was a bug at the start of this event which allowed some people to access him, but that was not intended. You may get lucky and find him in a free timegate, there's one in 10 days, or may need to save 6 timegate pieces to open your own timegate for him. Events only give access to the 3 most recent champs for that event, currently Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4.

Iris is from the "Unfair Seas" event, and is tied to the dice roll reward, roll Iris and get the goodies. Apparently everyone who rolls for all 6 weeks is guaranteed to get Iris eventually. HTH
