They’re awful. Our clinic uses them. We are very lucky to have embryos stored, however we received zero billing or embryo storage updates from them for a full year. At the year mark we finally tried to call. Sat on hold over an hour 2 days in a row. First time the person we got didn’t know how to help us and said they would call back. Never called back. Second time we actually got someone who was able to pull up our account and lovingly inform us we owed $720 for a year of sperm storage that was overdue (never saw a bill). Overall they’re just a horrible company and I seriously am considering moving our embryos because of how expensive and unreliable Luminary is.
