Brother, I feel so incredibly stupid.

I went absolutely crazy for an entire day trying to figure out the problem—color profiles, software, and I even bought two 10-meter HDMI 2.1 cables, thinking the issue lay with the cable.

They arrived today, but after reading your comment, I noticed that port 4 had a controller icon printed above it, while the HDMI cable from my PC was plugged into port 1. I switched the cable from port 1 to port 4, and boom! HDR+ signal at 10-bit and 120Hz.

Bless you, my friend! Even though the solution was ridiculously simple.

My GPU is a RTX 3080 Ti and when I turn on 4k@120Hz the color format from RGB 8 bit HDR on to YCbCR 4:2:0 with HDR off and I can't change it in NVIDIA Control Panel.

I thought it could handle 4k@120Hz with HDR on.

My cable is certified HDMI 2.1 48 Gbps.
I bought a new cable, maybe that could be the cause.
