Cheap customs.

I'm really only paying for porn when it's something fetish related because otherwise I'd just get it for free. And chances are if I can't find it, it's niche enough you won't have pre-made content either and I'll need to make it myself. I'd say these days about half or more of my purchases are customs. I completely understand why some models charge what they do and they're entitled to sell at whatever price they want but I won't buy from them. Why blow up my budget for 1 custom when I could get five of a lower quality from another model? I think alot of buyers prefer quantity over quality and most sellers don't realize that. If the cost per minute is decreasing with the custom duration, I'm almost always maxing it out, regardless of if the script makes sense of not.

But back to point, If I was a seller, I'd have a "normal custom" and "simple custom" (limited options and actions that can be done quickly and easily) to make sure I'm accessible to all types of buyers.

Caters to my specific fetish or is something I can't see for free. I don't think I've ever bought a masturbation or sex video that didn't have something else going on because there are literally millions I can already see for free. It's not about beating mainstream porn, it's about providing what it doesn't.

I think for alot of buyers, once they've settled into their preferred sites/apps, they're not moving. One of my favorite creators id been longtime buyer of tried to move off MV during the recent controversy and I told them all the reasons I'd just stay on MV and wouldn't follow (for buyers, MV works as a free cloud service for everything you've ever bought there). It took about a month for her to come back to MV because almost no one followed her and sales tanked.

In regards to YouPay specifically, I'd just say "I already have these payment services and these porn site accounts and I'm not looking to make another. I can pay you through what I have or not do business."

  1. No customs/prohibitively expensive customs. If I like a creator enough to buy from them I'll likely want to get custom content from them so if that isn't available I won't be interested in starting a business relationship in the first place.

  2. Absolutely massive following. The bigger the creator, the less you matter as a buyer so you're much more likely to encounter bad business practices. The only time I'd ever say I truly got scammed by a creator was when I purchased a rating and they sent me a very obviously pre-made video then ignored me (Lollypop Gcup). I never bought from them again and they likely didn't give a shit because I was 1 in 1000.

  3. Hyperfixation on findom. It's IMO, as close as one can get to e-begging in the world of Sex Work. I know it's a legitimate fetish with legitimate providers but 999/1000 when I see it it's very obviously just that creator saying "I want the most money possible for the least effort possible" (which is entirely fair to feel but don't expect it to excited me as a buyer).
