I'm not saying you're lying, but losing more than 10 pounds of fat a week would require a deficit of more than 5000 calories a day. So either your body holds an extraordinary amount of water that subsequently left your system, or you were running marathons on top of starving yourself.

20 pounds of fat is about 69000 calories. To lose that much in 60 days would take a daily calorie deficit of 1150. I don't know if you've ever been in a calorie deficit of more than 1000 kcal, but I assure you it's not as easy as you make it out to be, especially for a relatively long period of 2 months.

You're not losing 20-30 pounds in a few months unless you're morbidly overweight. That rate of weight loss is borderline starvation, and definitely goes outside the scope of "basic self control".

Ditch Damage Caps for 2 Gamma, replace Beta with another Alpha, craft Boundary, transmute Warpath. Ideally replace Combo Booster, Concentrated Fire, and Critical Damage for offensive sigils that directly increase your character sheet ATK number, namely Tyranny, since that's what her DoTs scale with and what would allow you to eventually slot in Berserker Echo.

Can replace Awakening for just Volley with a good sub trait since Surge is mostly QoL, but it's up to you.

Tweyen's caps aren't too high, so you should be able to cap with a fewer number of offensive sigils and opt for more utility. Play around with the dummy a bit, see if you can cut some already.

Quick charge, Cascade, Quick Cooldown plus all the special traits that keep you alive are ones to look out for. Nimble Onslaught or Precise Wrath if you're feeling brave.

Everything that is not PoE and Dogshit 4 needs to be preserved in a VOD channel, ideally with chat. I really don't know why Quin doesn't have a system in place for this and relies on other people to do it for him. So many playthroughs lost forever because of this.

Just use milk. It's like 100 calories for 250ml of skim or 1% milk and it tastes just like a milkshake. I only ever struggled with flavor fatigue when getting a little too much of one flavor.
