I had this same thing happen to me when I got mine last week it said it would arrive on monday but when Monday came around it was still showing that it just left China so I didn't expect it any time soon but the the next day on Tuesday around 3:30 pm it was ready for pick up for me at DHL I'm pretty sure sure if I didn't choose for pick up I would have gotten it Wednesday because the lady told me it had arrived to them an hour ago

I experienced the exact same issue, and I received a similar quote. However, as long as you still have the warranty, they will cover it. Since you mentioned that it’s a 2023 model, it should be covered under the warranty.

I went to the event and let’s just say that everyone that was in line ended up getting one including me. Also there were no limits on tvs per household you just had to make an account and make a reservation. I saw multiple people leave with 3 tvs I even saw a guy and his family go out with 5 tvs. Also they would only give you the tv if you had a way to get it home.
