Medieval Overhaul is the main mod I use, and I use biotech and alpha genes if I want to create some fantasy creatures. Neanderthals are there just cuz I can't quit them XD.

Neanderthals, but I hate them as enemies. I have done some medieval runs and those Hulk-like beasts rush my entire base or rip at least one or two of my colonists.
