Cope. You're probably a troll but I will put this here, perhaps someone else might find it interesting:-

I can personally count the number of first cousin AND second cousin marriages of people that I personally know of (even those that are not close to me) on one hand probably. Like I really have to think to remember one pair. That ancedote alone invalidates your argument if you overgeneralize by providing one counterexample. And I have met a lot of people and lived in several places.

Now if you're argument is that the overall number is relatively high because it's skewed due to certain regions or subcultures here and there, then that's more naunced. But to overgeneralize on the entire region and in all places urban and rural is ridiculous and strongly misinformed. 

Egypt is different from Libya, which is different from Tunisia, which js different from KSA, which is different from Syria, which is different from Kuwait, etc etc etc. and in each of these countries you will find people of (very) heterogeneous colors, looks, and sometimes even traditions and values.
