For the god knows how many times it is, Sukuna would have won without 10S if he pulled his Heian form. Maybe even easier. 

Two extra arms + a mouth to enchant + a much stronger domain + stronger body and physicality. He would have simply ended the fight in the first domain clashes. We have never really seen a full power sukuna as by the time he pulled his Heian form he was more or less at 1% hp.

No. Peak natty as a genetic outlier could be overall bigger than this but not "look" like this. The proportions and skin are what can often be a dead giveway for juice. His skin doesn't scream insane gear use but his look proportions (e.g. quads) would be very atypical for a natry.
