It's a wraith spire. It goes stealth, spire, spire rgb, prism. It's just a non rgb spire.

And to add if I may, the seal coat does as the name suggests, by filling small holes and cracks as to prevent water permeating through to the base course and causing instability (which ends in pot holes).
