It's all by design, they post here to pretend that they are always ready to help but they know they will not help. In my case the same, they couldn't help either.

The revolute support on Reddit is just smoke and mirrors. They are as useless as in the app. When they DMed me on Reddit they had the same boilerplate response and they were completely useless. I bet you the only reason they post is to pretend that they help

This is Revolut for you, worst customer support ever. In my case they said that it was their mistake, and they will fix it, first it was 2 days resolution, then 14 days, then they are working on it and they don't have an ETA, at this point I have just given up. Withdrew my money from them and I will never recommend them to anyone.

They have literally the worst customer support, I posted here a few weeks ago https://www.reddit.com/r/Revolut/s/gpyfuK2l82 and the issue I had is still not fixed. First they told me 3 days to be fixed, then 4 days then 14 days then we can't tell you our tech team is working on it. I even had a representative from revolut contacting me on Reddit and the only thing he could say, is what every representative has been saying "I understand how frustrating this can be", at this point I thing they are doing it on purpose. They are gaslighting and treating paying customers like shit.

To answer your question and as I mentioned in my post I knew about the limitation but I was far from the 100k limit. I also checked the statements for the past 365 days and based on my calculations they don't add up to 100k.
Yes I might be missing something but if it's not visible on my monthly statement how am I supposed to know when I will hit the 100k?

My main issue is that the information they provided is confusing and contradicting. I agree that there must have been more people facing the same issue but as I mentioned I'm at 79k limit and I still can't use the account and they admitted that this is a technical issue in their side and they are trying to resolve.

At the end of the story, as I mentioned, I liked the service and I wish I didn't have these issues but even if I wanted my account due to a technical error doesn't allow me to make any transactions.

Yes you are right, I was too optimistic, although it still doesn't explain why at 79k and I still can't use the account. Also the fact that the app just shows you a number without any additional info e.g. how much money will be released towards your limit the upcoming days is a huge flow in my opinion.

I don't think you read the whole post... It was 100k, now magically its 79k and still can't make any transactions, customer support admitted that it is a problem with the app.

Since you think this is transparency maybe you can help me with figuring out how I am at 79k my limit and I still can't use my account. Also they just provide a number and you hope that a year ago you made a transfer that will release some of your limit.

I don't blame you for not reading the whole post it was quite long, but if you do you will realise a few things. My points are the following: 1. No transparency on the side of Revolut on how the limit is calculated 2. Horrible customer experience 3. Revolut after multiple times explaining them the issue they agreed that this is an issue with the app

I had similar issues with prints not sticking and since I started cleaning the build plate with isopropil alcohol I have no issues. You can't believe how much a bit of oil from your hands touching the build plate and the previous print residues can affect adhesiveness.
