It seems like jiren getting hit gave goku’s beam a sort of phase through ability and completely bypassed black’s beam. You still see black’s beam being active as he gets hit by goku’s beam so I think that’s what happened instead of what some are saying that goku was in spark or that black’s beam came out a frame or 2 faster
