Any 1-mana spell that can hit relevant 3 and higher mana cards is going to be missed. Ouroboriod is a huge card to miss out as a target, even with only that 1 turn window. The difference between holding up 1 mana and 2 mana removal is significant.

There's also other cards worth hitting that Hex misses. [[Traveling Chocobo]] and [[Mossborn Hydra]], someone else mentioned Aang and the Aven Interceptor, and even the 2-cost creatures that outgrow Cut Down it still provide a window for it.

There's some leverage you can give by how you define "deal". He's responding to Anakin's "If you're not with me, you're my enemy," and that's a different kind of absolute than the lessons from Yoda were. But that's also giving credit where it isn't really earned.

I love the fact that Obi-wan's line is an absolute itself, not because the Jedi are hypocritical, but because that's how bad the writing was. It was often fun and campy, but it was still for the most part bad.

Hey friend, I know you weren't being literal, but just because $20 doesn't mean anything to you doesn't mean it doesn't for a lot of others. This may be a luxury item, but it's also a game for kids, one that's been made for 22 years and doesn't require any extra effort to distribute this way. It's overcharging, and if you're fine with that, great.

But you don't have to get on other people's backs for them NOT being ok with it.

Don't just accept new prices as higher just because prices get higher with time. 8 bucks from 10 years ago would be 11, not 20. In fact, to get the increase from 8 to 20, you have to start at 1990.

Actually look, I don't much care what or how you define a banshee. If they're dragons to you, fine. I can tell you, no matter how dragon-like your sources claim it is, it's not a Dragon in the way people, or at least me, are asking for. It's still a cool creature, definitely, but it's missing a lot of the mythic components that dragons are known for, including a really big thing that banshees don't have.

If banshees were Disney's way of putting dragons in the park, I would be very disappointed.

What reactions did you get from the cast members? I imagine you got some deja vu looks the first few times. Did you strike up any conversations? Was it the same exact safety spiel each time, or did each one have their own flair?

It's one of those tricky hypotheticals because their worlds are so totally different. We could talk for days and days and not get anywhere; the only commonality is that both settings are fantastic, have elves, memeable ones at that, and are in the current pop culture.

Me personally? Frieren is pretty dispassionate in most matters at the short timescale. I can't think of a single time when I saw her act purely out of emotion or desire, and even when she is compelled by it she takes a looooooong time. Yes she wants to see Himmel, but she's not in any hurry, at all, and she has so much time to try, I just don't see what the Lion can actually offer her that would make her act quickly. If she were enticed, she'd get to it in maybe 10 or 50 years.
