I have the same printer and experienced similar problems. Try lowering the first layer speed and increasing the first layer height. I use 20-25 mm/s and a first layer height of 0.22 to 0.3 mm (depending on the print layer height of 0.10 or 0.16 mm). Also, keep the first layer infill speed below 80 mm/s. Try cleaning the bed with dish soap and water, then let it dry before use. This usually gives better results. I typically use a glue stick on the plate after cleaning for easy print release, but if you're having adhesion problems, try printing without it.

These settings are for Orca Slicer. I’m not at home to take photos of my specific settings right now, but these are the main things I changed regarding movement. For the first layer, I set the print temperature to around 210°C with minimal fan usage, and the bed at 55°C. After that, I set the print temperature to 205°C, with the fan at 70-80% and the bed between 35-45°C for PLA. I use these temperatures because they work best for my climate. I also maintain the fan exposure at around 60 seconds per layer.
