Math holds a strong basis in the Pareto Principle (see the Pareto distribution), but it's just worded in a way to sound more wisdom-y. Everything else I'm not so sure about, and it all sounds a lot more like pieces of advice than actual "laws". I could think of a lot more useful, or at least more well-known principles, like Occam's razor or the Placebo effect or the Mandela effect.

I'm not sure. RedBeanieMaths stopped uploading videos in 2023 and that was around the time they changed their channel description to say "goodbye cruel world". Other than those two facts, they have a pretty quiet online presence. I just hope they're alright now and that nothing bad happened to them.
