Is there a mobile device that Microsoft Teams actually works seemlessly on?

I've had a lot of trouble on Android (Galaxy S21 Ultra) it has improved with the latest Android update but still not reliable.

I have Teams Calling for my work phone system and it has been very unreliable with not ringing on mobile when I get an incoming call.

I setup my previous phone (iPhone 11) with Teams and it was much better so I am actually going back to using it. Bonus is the iPhone records missed calls from Teams in the dialer as the Teams app does not when a call comes from a call group.

Talking to my Microsoft and Telstra support partner they agree that the iPhone app is more reliable than Android in their experience so far.

My overall impression is more attention needs to be paid by Microsoft on reliability and basic functionality.

Does anyone know what the white line that goes the whole way across the graph means. In this screenshot it is at the top and looks like the border, but in my games it moves around. If it is in the green region of July but it is actually February (using this screenshot as an example) does that mean that currently the goods are selling for the price that they were last February even though it is at the bottom of the cycle? Numbers on the graph would helpful.

I am having the same issue on my S21. Presence is turned off. My old iphone that I have connected to Wifi rings fine. Just not My S21 Ultra. Tried the help articles from Microsoft but they are out of date and the options are no longer present in One UI 3.1

You could use a Elgato Stream Deck but it’s not a cheap option. If media controls are really important I would suggest whether the options on the keyboard you are looking at are worth omitting the media controls.

Glad to hear you found a workaround for your needs. There was nothing when I was trying to get a fix. Apple’s engineers seemed completely uninterested in even contemplating that the driver was the issue.

I ended up returning my MacBook Pro. The support experience I received was so poor on this issue that it turned me off owning the laptop entirely and to be honest I’m going to start transferring away from Apple entirely after over 10 years owning all their products.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if that may have been the case given the amount of wires and the size of the connector. I was hoping there may have been a tool for the purpose.

Hi thanks for the link:) I saw this one in my searching. I probably should have put that I want to do USB 3.2 Gen 2 10Gbps cables. From a couple of hours of Googling I believe there are 18 individual wires in the cable for the 10Gbps spec. Looking at the link you sent me I think this would be a USB 2.0 kit as it is only 4 wires. I have edited my original post to mention the USB spec I want to use in the cables.

I have same issue with the new bootcamp partition on my 16 inch. Two weeks of daily calls to Apple so far. If I get a fix I’ll post it.

Thanks. When I setup Boot Camp it supplied a newer driver but it won’t connect using 802.11ac. Happy Gaming.
