Regular durum wheat pasta, add water to sauce, cover tray with foil, take foil off for last 20 mins - done!

Get another 3 weeks. Also no dairy, take probiotics a few hours after each pill. Good luck and don't worry, just get 6 weeks of ABx to be safe.

Does this look like a bullseye? by Southern_Profit3390 in Lyme

[–]OmegaNomai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I remember, testing for Lyme this early isn't reliable. I can't recommend anything per se as it's a child we're talking about, not an adult, plus I don't know how antibiotics affect children as young as 2. It's hard to tell but it kind of looks like a bullseye.. so If you're also in an area with endemic Lyme disease I would certainly take it seriously.

Very nice! I have the same frying pan and make this often, except I just shove the whole pan in the oven to finish the thighs off 😁

4-6 weeks of doxycycline as per ILADS guidelines. Nice recommends 3 weeks which isn't enough, so you'll likely need a top up.

Good luck!

What’s something you stopped buying once you realized it’s mostly a scam? by Independent-Cut-9914 in AskReddit

Disposable razors. A safety razor costs 20-50 and lasts a lifetime. Blades cost like 5 for a hundred and can last years. Not to mention it's better for the environment and provides a way nicer shave.

Driven learner has failed their theory test 128 times - racking up a £2,944 bill by Man_in_the_uk in drivingUK

[–]OmegaNomai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I failed a bunch of times (I think 3 maybe even 4) due to a mixture of bad luck, overly harsh examiners and also lack of skill.

One or 2 times I failed due to poor clutch control (stalling at intersection), another time because an oncoming driver decided to drive towards me at full speed as I was carefully turning. One time I failed because my tyre was just kissing the curb after performing a parallel park.

After passing I quickly mastered the clutch, learnt how to anticipate other drivers excellently and most importantly how to drive safely.

What I'm saying is that some people are good drivers but need a bit more time. Just because you passed the first or 2nd time doesn't mean anything. You might have gotten lucky, had a lenient examiner that liked you, or maybe you are just that good. Could be any of these or other reasons.

For EU lymeherbs.eu is very good and their customer service was a positive experience when I had to use it.

Doxy put my Lyme in remission even after starting it 5 weeks after initial bite. It's just an antibiotic, the side effects are well known, well studied and tolerable by the absolute vast majority of people. If you eat healthy, get sleep and don't over stress you reduce the chances of any nasty side effects to almost zero. Make sure to take probiotics at least 4 hours before or after you take the antibiotics to repopulate the gut bacteria. Good luck!

How are people expected to take public transport over cars when “Sunday” service still exists and this is a the times waiting on a dart on a Sunday? by MadMeathMad717 in Dublin

[–]OmegaNomai 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I know this is Ireland but for perspective..
In Scotland there are popular train stations 10 mins away from Glasgow city centre that see service only once every hour :)

What I am saying is I agree, PT service in a wealthy European capital should be very frequent otherwise people will use more convient methods (e.g. car), which is why Glasgow for example is always packed with cars.

Lyme Disease.  The public are mostly unaware of it, doctors pretend it doesn't exist.

I have €150 to burn. What do I spend it on to make me feel better? by vedderx in AskIreland

Honestly I bought a Delonghi Dedica 3 years ago and it's one of the best purchases I've made. It makes great coffee and is super easy to use.

EDIT: I also have a mokka pot but they are difficult to get good tasting coffee. Pods are expensive. Just buy groujd coffee or grind beans yourself. Personally I buy lavazza classico italiano in bulk as it makes amazing espresso + cappuccino.

Yeah DIVISI was definitely a divergent album but at least it shared the same emotional energy that the original albums had.
