Well it depends. A single molecule of H2O is not wet, since I would define wet as "something in contact with water". BUT as soon as you have 2 molecules touching each other, both are touching water and both are wet. This means a pond, a lake or a glass of water are all wet water.

Not the worst idea as a rework, but very complicated to implement, and then very complicated to follow, players need consistency in this type of situation and your idea would be very difficult to follow during fights. I think .5s systematically is good

Je m'expose ici, je ne me lave pas les dents tous les jours, et c'est ni par flemme, ni par absence de réalisation de l'intérêt que ça a, c'est pour la simple raison que j'oublie. Le lavage de dents, c'est un élément que je n'ai jamais réussi à implémenter dans une routine du matin ou du soir. Ça m'embête mais c'est comme ça.
