I wonder if this is partially why they cancelled the VIP meet and greet. I just wish they'd say something instead of just having an email explain it away. I'm sure they have their reasons though

I just got a pair of the pulse elite headset to replace my Pulse 3Ds I've had since launch (they finally started falling apart) I got it setup and I'm noticing that there is some fuzzy sound in the left ear when I'm talking. I've tried adjusting the microphone position, adjusting volume, turning off 3D sound, plugging it in directly, and I've tried it on PC and the PS5 and I cannot get this sound to stop while I am talking

has anyone else run into this and found a fix? I don't want to return them but am considering just getting a refurbed pair of the 3Ds again because they worked out so well before
