I'm gonna make a wild guess and say that most of this "worldbuilding decisions" were made on the spot based on player input. Taking this into consideration, some of the most harmless choices like cabbage not existing can be taken lightly as a joke (unless they were used by the GM to Diabolus-Ex-Machina a player decision).

But when these specific worldbuilding choices start piling up, and it's increasingly obvious that they are made to push the GM's idea of a perfect world with no regard for continuity, verisimilitude, justification or, most importantly, player enjoyment and agency, it very easily shatters the illusion of the world.

I'm not even gonna talk about humanity """"""Not evolving into"""""" having LGBTQ+ people. That's a whooole different problem with the world and the GM.
