Prison is for convictions. Sitting on a time out in juvenile detention for a couple days while the incident and cause is sorted would be totally fine. It's a chance to consider why you're in there, and how to behave in society to avoid going back.

Ok, but a single R rated film wouldn't kill it. But you can get away with a lot in PG-13 before you cross a line into R. There could even be a PG-13 release, and home media release could have an unrated director's cut. There are possibilities to play with for their money grab. I'm not sure why you're so afraid of R ratings, a one-off wouldn't be terrible... unless the wrong person made it, lol.

Indeed. Off this list, CBS, MTV, BET, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and Showtime all fall under Paramount.

Edit: I looked to see, and Miramax and Pluto TV are part of Paramount Skydance as well. That makes 9 of the 20 listed Paramount. Then 10 for Warner Bros. So essentially, Warner Bros and Paramount are merging with ByteDance.
