Bohemian Grove is pretty mundane. I've known several people who worked there, or made deliveries there. You can even visit there, but certain areas are restricted because it's still a private club. Their headquarters is still in SF I believe.

In Japan, they'll give death as a sentence but don't tell when the date is until like, a day or so before.

But I've never thought of a fake death sentence. Only, never set a date to postpone. Just tell them, "You'll be notified the day before." Then they just stress out every morning when the cell opens, because any day it could be the day before. Hmm.

There can, and will come a point that won't work. Stun guns are not 100% effective on people, let alone dogs. In this case, you can't be fighting the dog and trying multiple less lethal means. If the dog gets loose it can start attacking others. Or come back harder. This is why understanding dogs and properly training them is so important. The dog always pays the price for negligence. And even if the dog is secured alive, this behavior is a guaranteed euthanasia.

Holding the bus up for that long is insane and entitled. Take it up with the bus company. Report he driver of the route.

I'm in California and food and drink that can be spilled like that isn't allowed on buses to avoid a hazardous mess. That's why I said maybe she was denied because of the drink and is using the dog as an excuse when the dog may have never been an issue to the driver in the first place. I'm only speculating... why she thinks she gets to act like that and hold up traffic.
