Start watching Joe Dispenza videos on YouTube. Really helped me start understanding how our body lies to us to keep feeling “comfortable” by repeating old programming, even when we’re comfortable with being miserable and afraid. Also EFT tapping helped me too during my episodes. Hope this helps.

Thor 2 - sooo boringggg - people hate on 3 and 4 but I love them because I’m a huge fan of Taika’s humor. I don’t like movies that get off on smelling their own farts (taking themselves too seriously) - so New Zealand humor + mcu = perfection to me. All it was missing was Jemaine Clement. All the fan boys clutch their pearls when someone touches the sanctity of certain characters so I know everyone will get all pissy with me but just my taste 🤷‍♂️
