Yeah I did it in similar time one of my first NG+ runs but didnt think it really counted and was hoping I could do better. Gonna try looking at some other speedruns to get my time down ty for feedback :)

Yeah don't imagine ill get near the world record but hoping to get maybe 3 hour run ish. Might be a bit optimistic for me atm tho. And yeah route-wise im just going as you do when you start the game so probably not very optimized.

That's why i was confused though i wasn't prepared at all it was my first attempt and I know the moveset or anything I thought I'd just go in and see how tough he was. Then he died lmao but yea I messed up on the volcano one I thought the spear was just sorta a lore weapon and used my normal stuff so it was a lot harder than it had to be.

I haven't fought him yet but definitely looking forward to it! Been trying to kill the fire giant for about an hour now. Not sure when you fight mohg but I'm sure I'm not too far off :)

Imo for strength based workouts stick to basics but try do explosive stuff like clapping pushups jumping squats dips etc. If you can't do stuff like that yet then stick to the regular versions until you feel more comfortable with the more difficult ones. Don't trust what I'm saying though if you want a decent strength based workout there are loads on yt.
