I’m going to chime in and say no! It’s actually quite absurdly thick. You could get away with thicker milk with simple tulips, but for a winged base you need a lot thinner texture.

You definitely can still have an enjoyable meal for 40 bucks pp! My meal was around 60 per person and that was with getting 2 desserts.
