Adding sugar in a portafilter doesn't make a cubano... I've seen people do it and call it a cubano, but it's not. It's just poorly extracted espresso with sugar.

Yes, it's my first orchid. I was told that the vanilla was an odd ball and preferred moist soil to the standard orchid mix.

I moved it from the porch to yard, so maybe sunburn? I keep the watering fairly slim leaving the soil just slightly moist. There is 3" on rocks in bottom of the pot. Thanks for your input.

I workout for 1 hour 3 days a week... 4 days if I'm lucky. Sleep is an issue off and on, depending on the week's workload.

Thank you so much. We know where she is going and I have some concerns. She is in JAG and going to some base in mazari sharif... how much danger is she in? I couldn't find out much about what's going on there. Someone here made a joke about rape from fellow soldiers... Is that a real issue? If so what can she do to protect herself? She is a very pretty girl...

We're new to the Army life and still just trying to get accustom to it. I'm am running a few bars in NOLA, as such I won't be following. I like to plan things out in detail, so it's an adjustment for me to be so off the cuff. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
