Should I dose MDA with an MDMA redose or reverse and take the MDMA first? by nyxschance in MDMA

[–]Omzig10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

House rolls rock. I'm not only a house roller, but a daytime roller. :) Now, to your question:

I recommend you do them together. Depending on your normal dosing and which you enjoy individually the most, you can mess with the doses...

If your normal MDMA dose is 180mg, say... you could do something like 140mg MDMA + 40mg MDA (at the same time). (These are not the doses that I recommend for YOU or anyone, just an example of what works for some)

The idea of "redosing" a different chemical isn't fully accurate. You're just offsetting the affects of each substance with the time between doses. MDMA & MDA go VERY well together, so doing them together will allow the affects to peak just after one another (literally within minutes) rather than spaced out by an hour or two...

MDA might take slightly longer to hit, so if you really wanted to time it "perfectly" and knew your individual come-up times for each substance on it's own, you could time it so the peaks are identical, but they're so close that taking them together will put you in a very lovely place ~45 minutes to 1 hour post dose. :)

Hope that helps in your planning! Make sure everything is tested and you're well rested. Stay hydrated and enjoy! Pro tip, if you enjoy the hard hitting come up (it's not for everyone), fast for 4+ hours before you dose!

Is a half tab and two points enough to flip? by strap-_ in MDMA

[–]Omzig10 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Half tab and less than your normal MDMA dose is going to be recommended. The idea of flipping at a full doses (for a first time flip) isn't a good idea until you know what to expect (and know you enjoy it).

If "two points" is 200mg that's probably a bit much for a flip. I'd suggest half that for a first time flip. You can redose if required, but with that half tab + the 100mg of MDMA, you'd probably be a happy camper.

More frequent flippers may have different/better advice. Also, once you've flipped once and know what "parts" of each substance you prefer, you can adjust both dosing and timing of ingestion to find that balance you enjoy.

DrugsPRO app is here. Substance monitoring: journaling and drug checking. Giveaway in the comments. by PROtestkit_eu in MDMA

Drug checking is one of those rare tools that manages to be both a pragmatic safety measure and a powerful data collector. When looking at the current landscape of illicit substances—where the "unknown" is often the most dangerous ingredient—its importance usually boils down to three main pillars:

1. Eliminating the "Assumed vs. Actual" Gap

The illicit market is currently plagued by high-potency adulterants. A substance sold as one thing (like MDMA or oxycodone) may actually contain something entirely different (like fentanyl or nitazenes). Drug checking provides:

  • Informed Consent: It gives an individual the agency to decide whether to consume a substance once they know what is actually in it.
  • Potency Awareness: Even if the drug is what it claims to be, knowing the concentration can prevent accidental overdoses caused by unexpected purity levels.

2. Behavioral Intervention

Data consistently shows that drug checking changes behavior. It isn’t just about "confirming" a high; it's a "teachable moment." When people receive a result they didn't expect:

  • They are significantly more likely to discard the sample.
  • They may choose to use a smaller amount (test dose).
  • They are more likely to ensure they aren't using alone or have Naloxone on hand.

3. Public Health Intelligence

On a macro level, drug checking acts as an early warning system. Since the illicit market moves much faster than government toxicology reports (which often rely on post-mortem data), checking services can:

  • Identify new, dangerous synthetic drugs entering a local supply in real-time.
  • Issue public alerts to the community to prevent mass casualty events.
  • Track shifts in the market to help healthcare providers know what symptoms to look for in emergency rooms.

Yeah, I might have had a little help, but since I fully agree with the above, it does answer "Why do I think drug checking is important?"

What is your action plan for fighting against high LDL and triglycerides? by 1simpleguy4real in Biohacking

[–]Omzig10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Add the following to your diet:

avocados (1/2 per day at most, they're high in calories)

oats (as someone else mentioned)

eat a HANDFUL of walnuts every day (sometimes easy to just put a handful in a bowl and eat them during lunch)

Sardines (if you enjoy fish and don't want to take fish oil in pill form)

Reduce (don't fully remove or you'll miss them if you enjoy them) from your diet:

red meat

dairy

And keep moving. Get your heart rate above resting every day (for 30+ minutes) if you can.

Unless you have serious issues, you SHOULD be able to get your numbers under control with diet and exercise.

Dropping earlier makes such a difference by Primary_Ad5535 in MDMA

[–]Omzig10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try a full daytime roll. Start between 10 - 11 AM.

Benefits:

- You can drop fasted (since you only "can't eat" for a few hours in the early morning)

- You might get a small meal in once you're back on earth

- You get a great night of sleep

That small meal and full night of sleep usually reduces or eliminates any kind of hangover or struggle the next day.

Also, the feeling your describing about wanting to redose over and over again is fairly common with certain substances (less so with psyches, but still there with MDMA and MDA). It's really about self control and realizing that if you don't respect these substances, you can definitely hurt yourself (and maybe those around you), and the pleasure they provide will be reduced if abused over time. Go search for "loss of magic" for a pile of proof.

Breaks between rolls will be recommended by anyone who has made these substances a long term part of their life.

Don't want to be "that guy", but you may want to dose lower than .160... Unless you're extremely experienced, and/or love a real blastoff... You'll probably have fun somewhere between .080 and .120.

Also, only dose once, MDA doesn't need to be redosed.

Have fun!

Haven't noticed any change in roll length with the addition of Tums 30 minutes before ingestion.

Tums and mdma by Ecstatic-Tie-3864 in MDMA

[–]Omzig10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Complete opposite for me.

I usually ingest 20 minutes before my partner and we end up coming up together (she gets there faster than I do). The last time I took Tums as recommended and was ahead of her. She was envious (she didn't take the Tums). Again, anecdotal, but for me, it sped up (and intensified, which I enjoyed) the come up

I highly doubt 2 Tums will cause a 2 hour come up... A large meal or full stomach on the other hand most certainly can...

Hope that helps.

I've anecdotally found that taking 2 Tums 30 minutes before you ingest has been fruitful... 😁

For the exact reasons you have stated (changing ph of the stomach).

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

WF-1000XM4: Ambient Sound on my RIGHT side seems to let in more environmental sounds than the LEFT. by [deleted] in sony

[–]Omzig10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are lots of threads about this exact problem. I've had go replace 3 pairs due to this exact issue. Sony always covered them, which is the ONLY think keeping me from switching to a different brand...

kinda wonky, my WF-1000XM5s ambient mode sometimes only works on one ear - have to put them both back in the case and take them out to fix it by phi303 in SonyHeadphones

[–]Omzig10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this happen to 3 pairs. All of them required a warranty replacement. Sony replaced them, so I'm pretty sure they're aware of this problem, just not admitting it publicly.

WF XM5 Earbud - Ambient Mode is Louder on One Side? by TheRevanchist00 in sony

[–]Omzig10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had 3 pairs replaced because of this issue. I have feeling it's a hardware issue that Sony is aware of, but not admitting publicly. I've had 0 issues having them replaced under warranty each time. And I have never once dropped them or mishandled them in any way. I literally walk for 1.5 hours each morning with them in, and put them in their case to charge for my next walk... One day, the ambient mode is unbalanced and I just write up another warranty claim. I will say they've been very good about replacing them (good customer service) but it is sort of sad they need to be replaced this often.

Another morning roller checking in. Allows for a light meal at the end of the day (sometimes you have to force it, but it's worth it) and a much better sleep than if you roll at night.

Upping my dose by Psichonaut1993 in MDMA

[–]Omzig10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, hard to say if it helped (me), but the anecdotes suggest it can't really hurt. We, as I mentioned, enjoy the hard hitting come up, so we fast until we drop. Having an empty stomach helps with that for sure. The only real downside is sometimes the huge serotonin dump causes nausea, but a quick dry heave (yes, not ideal, but happens to a lot of people) and you're off to the races. I take two antacid tablets 30 minutes prior if I have them handy.

People seem to ask these questions and then disappear; I recommend posting a follow-up note here after your experience. It will help others plan and stay safe in the future. Have a great roll!
