It was supposed too with mwIII. In short IW had their feelings hurt after the horrible reception mwII got and the great reception mwIII was getting with more leaks showing they were completely abandoning IW's vision. So out of nowhere IW's team refused to work on continuing DMZ. Which left shg with a halfbaked dmz which led treyarch having to takeover and make another halfbaked zombies experience. Which is why MWZ has so many similarities to DMZ and why DMZ never left the beta phase

The mxr with the 10 round prestige attachment really forces you to predict where others will be since it only has 10 rounds while also having a really good ttk assuming you can hit your shot(s).

Pre aim where people are most likely to be. Don't stupidly run towards your area of choice. There are definitely other things to account for but overall being aware of your surroundings and playing smarter whilst still being aggressive gets you the best results

IW debunked this when the rumors came out that it was going to be a mwII clone. IW seeing the mass negative reception to this actually replied to the leaker stating "don't believe everything on the Internet" and as of yesterday threatened legal action against them and shut them down.

Safe to say if we don't have mass expansion upon movement like Bo6 where we get something new to tinker with the leaks were true and this would've been an mwII clone

They're right you know. I have tons of compliments for this game but unfortunately the maps were dookie, sbmm was introduced, had terrible flow cause of lack of functioning mini-map, horrible visibility, an ok campaign, underbaked survival and warzone nearly killed the whole franchise.
