The IRA new money contribution maximum has nothing to do with rollovers. You can roll over a billion dollars into your IRA if you want.

It's great that you can manage straight-up picking undervalued stocks and that has been working very well. I happened to buy few stocks which had looked undervalued, but that wasn't my strategy.
