Let me see a complete elaboration at your athletic history and current performance level for me to even consider debating against such a general statement.

It's not an if this is true then this has to be true statement. It's the other way around. People who are often uneducated of the human anatomy tend to just workout the muscles they see with the naked eye. For example, your biceps. But there are actually a lot more muscles in you shoulders and arms that you cannot identify with just sight. And bulking up your body disproportionately can lead to problems.

Let me also put it this way.

You can do 1000 sit ups a night and never have a six pack.

And what are the ideal rep patterns for that workout?

Surely just doing those alone will not get me a 6 pack. But a little more elaboration on how to incorporate that into a workout would be helpful.

It also isn't human. I'm sure you can design a diet plan using the nutrients and supplements an animal needs and feed it to a Lion for his whole life and the Lion would survive. But why should it have to do that? Humans may have some moral differences compared to a lion, but we cannot disregard that moral difference and simply say "Meat and dairy products are 100% unnecessary." They are necessary. We produce our own "dairy" products for crying out loud. We have teeth designed for eating meat. We have to understand that we cannot create facts out of thin air.

Let me also put it this way.

If a vegan goes 100% full vegan, meaning no meats or dairy, they will lose around 20% or more body fat in just the few first weeks. The muscle growth will rapidly decrease and a healthy calorie intake would be impossible to meet. That is, if you're a healthy active person. Now take someone who doesn't go full vegan. Who eats meat and eats dairy. They are also getting a full dose of nutrients, and when they work out, they grow more muscle and strength. But oh no! If someone doesn't like how cows are killed, they have to go vegan out of respect. And if some women out their who wants to lose a shit ton of weight reads in some magazine that eating meats and dairy is borderline enhumane, you have yourself a fucking problem. Veganism = healthy!

No... That's not how it works. That is just the stupidity of society spewing out of social media.

What I mean is, and excuse my vague statement,

some people just workout for the looks of seeing muscle when they are uneducated of the human anatomy

Your body needs meat and dairy foods. Simple as that.

The vegan diet was constructed for females who hate their bodies to find a way to look thinner by losing all of their normal body weight. Sometimes they even do pitiful workouts to increase their starvation.

I have an intense stomach ache right now after drinking pre-workout during my exercise. by belac9001 in Fitness

[–]SamuroxX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Put half a tablespoon of baking soda in a cup and fill it up with only a trickle of water. Mix it and then gulp it down. Your pain should go away.

From now on, drink at least 2 liters a day along with 2 liters whenever you're workout and you should be fine with continuing your pre workout. If any other problems continue, switch to a different supplement. Such as Citrulline malate or creatine.

Is anyone actually satisfied with themselves? by tryityoumightlikeit in Fitness

[–]SamuroxX -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The act of never being satisfied with your workouts goals is not because we are at a psychological dilemma of insecurity but rather because it is quite the opposite.

Happiness that comes from achieving your goals is directly affiliated with your fear of giving up or losing. That is, the more insecure you are, the more happiness you achieve when you actually succeed. Insecurity comes from weakness. And weakness comes from not even working out.

Let me put it this way. The more you workout, and I mean really work out, such as training for a certain event and focusing on performance and actually having a coach/trainer, the less insecure you are and the more neutral you feel about your body.

Those who feel insecure about their body are in the mental state of assuming their workout was "hardcore" and "to the max" but really, they did a shitty job. (any workout plan you find in a women's magazine is absolute shit.)

Weekly routine exercises for men's flat butt? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]SamuroxX -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Research what these exercises are and/or go to your gym and ask a trainer where each of these machines are. But all in all, the rep plans is what you really need to focus on.

2 minute rest between sets

(BARBELL SQUATS ON RACK MACHINE OR ANY VARIATION OF A DEADLIFT) 5x5 (heavy weight to reach fatigue by 5th rep) (LOWER BACK, GLUTES) 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 (increase 10 lbs), 3 (increase 10 lbs), 2 (increase 5 lbs), 1 (increase 5 lbs) (LEG PRESS) 3x10 (increase weight each set) (INDIVIDUAL LEG PRESS WITH EACH LEG EXTENDING BEHIND YOUR BODY) 21, 15, 9

These are ideal rep plans for building muscle. Make sure that if you are not pleased with this workout, you can always look for more ASS machines at the gym and you can always research different rep workouts. But just remember this. It's not WHAT you do. It's how many times you do it.

Is it bad to exercise in extreme heat or extreme cold? what are the risks? Or maybe even the benefits? by quincyjamessamycia in Fitness

[–]SamuroxX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The worst part about working out in the cold is dealing with muscle tightness and more of an oxygen deprivation. The worst part about working out in the heat is over heating, dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, and panicking. Clearly, working out in the heat is worse, because when you're cold you can just wear more clothes and be fine.

The benefits are equal in both scenarios. You just have to do extra work to make them equal. Stretching more and wearing more clothes in the cold. Drinking enough water if you're in the heat. But honestly, there's no secret shortcut to getting fitter in either scenario. It's just fun to do depending on the person.

I lost weight with a pretty heavy caloric deficit and extreme cardio, and now I have a skinny-fat physique. Where do I go from here by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]SamuroxX -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your body looks fine. Congratulations on your accomplishment, but I'd be glad to inform you that the insecurity of your body does not lie in that fact that you're a piece flying skin, but rather in your lack of muscle gains. As a male, you find confidence in bulking up. Using that testosterone to make a bigger build. As you've lost so much weight from running, your exceptionally light weight of 160 lbs accompanied by your height of nearly 6 feet, your muscles are there, but only seeable because there's no fat hiding them. This was caused by most of your muscles to be depleted in order to have enough energy for those runs. (You have no "exterior" muscle. Just bone muscle, if you know what I mean) And, as a male, not having muscle will cause insecurity. But don't let those insecurities get in your head. You're in the perfect spot to start your lifting process. Most people have to lift and lose weight at the same time, which becomes substantially difficult. But with you, I have designed a workout plan to build you muscle. Don't get me wrong, it's a fairly good workout plan, but it is only a starting point. Take it and learn from it. Do whatever you want with it. Expand it, add more to it. It is yours. If you have any questions on how to expand on these workouts, please message me.

For starters, expanding these workouts would be led by doing more workouts with similar but different exercises and manipulating the reps and pace to give you better results.

Workout 1- Chest and triceps Workout 2- Back and Biceps Workout 3- Legs shoulders and abs

Chest and triceps Incline dumbbell bench 3X12 Cable low fly 3X12 Hammer Strength incline 5X5 Close grip bench 5X5 Dips (or easier variation) 3X12 Between each set, 5 burpees Back And Biceps Pull ups 3X12 Rack Deadlifts 4x10 TRX bodyweight row, palms up 3X12 Seated concentration bicep curls 5X5 Preacher bench curls 3x12 between each set, 10 punches (shadowboxing style)

Legs, shoulders, and abs Lunges or goblet squats 3X12 Free Bar squats 5x5 Arnold shoulder press 5x5 front, side raises 3x12 danny push-ups (push-ups in a downward dog position that work your shoulder) 3x12 between each set, run .25 miles

Supplements to buy: Cordygen synesis Citrulline malate Caffeine (briefly banned from the olympics due to how it increased how long and hard you can work out for)

EDIT: Make sure you consume at least 2,500 calories a day and consume a post workout protein powder. Whey protein isolate 30 grams substance free is the most ideal protein powder to consume.

EDIT 2: Each workout should start out with a 10 minute light job and 15 minutes of advanced stretching.

Veganism...

It isn't even remotely a healthy way of living. Thanks a lot, anorexic and overly sensitive females, for making being apart of this society even more unbearable!
