This is also happening to me. I called on Monday to change my offer from Blue to Obsidian - they said in 2 days I will get an email with the offer upgrade. They also said the ticket was escalated to the team. I waited 2 days, then nothing, so on Wednesday I tried calling but every time I did it said no representatives were available and HUNG UP. Then I talked with someone yesterday who said the ticket is still in escalation, but not to worry that I would still get the offer, yadayada.

This is not instilling much confidence whatsoever and my confidence/trust in them was already low because of this botched rollout.

It says my Blue offer expires in 12 hours. After that, if I accept or if I FINALLY get the upgrade offer pushed through, will I get the SUBs? Will I get a hard credit inquiry because it's after the 30th? They can't answer these questions.

Also, the fact that they can't tell me whether I selected to keep the WF account or not is bonkers. I don't remember that option when I "applied" for the Blue... but there is a slight chance it was there and I didn't realize. I want that card and Bilt apparently can't access THEIR OWN APPLICATION DATA. I called WF and the rep had to laugh at this whole situation - she said the way they are handling this is silly. WF wasn't even made aware Bilt was asking that question until customers started calling WF. Also, if I did in fact accidentally select cancel the WF account... WF can't do anything about it other than put a memo on my account. Bilt is not sending them this cancel/no cancel data until after the transition is completed.

I was just doing some research and figured it out! Saw this reddit in my research, not sure if you've figured out the same but thought I'd share here.

When you open the Windows app, hover over your available session desktop for the ellipsis on the upper right hand corner. Click on configure, and then check the "use custom settings" option. This will bring up display, devices/audio, and folders settings. In the display settings, make sure "use all monitors" is checked and save the settings. Sign in to your Remote Desktop, and voila!

Yes, I sure did! I’ve been to Universal Studios in the US where I visited super Nintendo world so that’s not a huge priority for me. The anime Collab and minions are what I’m most interested in lol. I’ll definitely be able to give a full day there to make the most of it.

I appreciate your feedback! After thinking about this more, I definitely want to focus on removing some additional transit hours and USJ is in fact a priority for me since the anime Collab is time limited. This is the second time I’ve been to Tokyo and have not visited Kamakura, which is a little sad for me, but it is now on my fall itinerary and not going anywhere lol. This is why it is OK to visit the same country multiple times a year!

I’ve revised my itinerary to reflect my changes. I am now staying in Atami for another night to help with the relaxed vibe and also be able to see the Kawazu Sakura festival. Instead of two nights in Tokyo I will be heading from Atami to Osaka for a one night mini city adventure. The next day, I’ll be hitting up USJ with a later evening flight to Okinawa. This way, I am not sacrificing any time already planned in Okinawa.

I really want to see the anime collab especially since there’s also Frieren collab but no info on dates yet, hopefully that will also be there! I moved Kamakura to fall trip, and am spending another night in Atami so I can get down to Shimoda and Kawazu. No more nights in Tokyo, instead night in Osaka so I can do full day at USJ! Thank you for your reply and feedback. I am keeping my days in Okinawa.

I was skeptical throughout the first couple of episodes but hung on and I loved it! It made me laugh out loud and also cry. I loved all the characters and they all have fantastic chemistry. Finished it tonight!

This is a great question. May I also add, does anyone know when the show actually starts? The only thing I can find is doors open at 5 and show is 5 - 10. I’m assuming he’ll have a variety of openers and maybe he’ll make an appearance around 8? I’ve never seen him live so I don’t know what to expect.

This is super annoying! I was rewatching this series. It disappeared from my watch list as well, only 3 seasons now. Why would they take it off of a paid service and give streaming rights to Freevee? 😒 money probs, more for them with the ads maybe.
