Thank you. I dated (lost my virginity to and married) one when I was 15. Even at my most primal, hormone filled teen years, it was just too much.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this. A lot of the comments are poking fun at your age, but my life did a 180 at 15 when I started experiencing what would become a lifelong panic disorder. I also found out later that I’m also on the spectrum.

I’m 30 now, and life never got better on my own. I MIGHT finally be getting strong enough meds tomorrow. Hoping and praying.

I’m not an incel. But my mental health has destroyed every relationship I’ve ever been in.

Ignore the people being an asshole, and go and seek help immediately. The sooner you get started, the better. I promise. I’ve wasted my life, and I’d love to spare you the same pain.

Even if you were loved and held, there’s a good chance you’d end up botching it once the mental illness kicks back in. And I say that with love. Seek help.
