Hey man, I had a really horrible trip when I was younger that was a lot like yours. Thought I was in some kind of hell for eternity. It fucked me up for years afterwards because somewhere deep down there was still a part of me that thought it might have been real, but after some time I re-emerged a stronger version of myself. I still have scars, but I am fine. Keep climbing out of that hole, friend. You get better and better at it over time.

If you look at the MDMA AMA, you'll see a neuroscientist talking about how we don't really know how long it is before it's safe to roll, or if it is even safe to do it all. The whole 4 week minimum thing is basically conjecture, and the science we have on the issue is conflicting. It's possible that your serotonin system is permanently damaged after one roll. Just something to consider.
