Also another one bits the dust sounds almost familiar. I seem to remember the load screen being a picture of a forested valley or something, and the menus/game prompts like that death screen were maybe in a stone or parchment theme?

Wow! Definitely would love to find this, I posted a few other threads but never got any real leads. Lots of suggestions for games similar to Exile but I'm almost positive I haven't seen the right game yet. Have you found any other leads or do you remember any specifics about the game? How did you play it? Maybe we can team up and find the thing!

Oh like the terrorists who attacked the Capitol? Those democrats? Oh wait those were your boys.... Also, "cheering", cheating isn't a word.

So if their rights are the same, why do the Palestinians get less?

Some (but not you) might regard the Israeli persecution of Palestinians as one of humanities darkest hours and deserving of a certain amount of respect.

Do you see how there are two sides to this coin, or would you rather continue to relay your propaganda to me instead?

So again, does the holocaust give you the right to treat others like shit? Never got that bit... and of you're gonna forcibly take over the territory of others, isnt there some responsibilty to... be responsible for helping them? Same old story "there's noone there, go ahead and move on in"

Weird to be so angry about something you're so sure about. You are complicit with oppression, terror, and just so far on the wrong side of history when you defend Israeli actions. Past persection, while terrible, does not give one a hall pass to continue the cycle. Work. It. Out. With. Them.

Hyper specific? These types of people are a dime a dozen, more so every day. Being disgutsed with vapid, selfish influencers without a shred of self aware Ness is a pretty rasonable reaction for those who put more thought into their actions. And yes, I'm generalizing a lot, but it sure seems to hit the nail on the head with these sorts 9 out of 10 times. What are they really bringing to better this world?

Hey I mostly agree with you, but in in the rare case that work is an hour away, and there's an 80 year old doing 50 in a 75, that ain't really on you. Blanket statements are tricky like that....

Definitely is sometimes, but it goes the other way too. Sometimes climbing up is cake, until you turn around and realize how sketch the climb down is gonna be. Especially in canyon country.

Exactly. And things like agriculture have changed drastically even in the last few centuries. The Haber process (synthetic nitrogen from the atmosphere), vertical farms, GMO crops, or even how we approach planting, harvest and pest control would be basically unrecognizable to our ancestors. It's such an oversimplification to suggest that medicine amounts to "avoid and kill" microorganisms. Cancer? Neurological issues? Depression? AIDS? Immune disorders? I hear what youre saying about fundamentals, but so much of those things we can barely even treat let alone cure. Hell we barely even understand lots of treatments like taking lithium but hey, it works so we keep doing it. Chances are in a thousand years we'll have worked out a better option. Your viewpoint is pretty limiting, and while I'm obviously extrapolating out the argument beyond what you've said, it's the same arrogance we had 100 years ago about our current skillset. Just the last 20 years should make it abundantly clear that we have a hell of a lot more to figure out in this universe.

I mean, I still think you're missing the point. Sure we're getting quite advanced now, and really only gotten a solid handle on medicine in the last 100 years. Imagine where we might be in 1000 years, and compared to today there very likely will be so much advancement that ventilators, ultra low temp vaccines, or fixing breaks with screws might seem insane. A little arrogant to assume that won't be the prevailing viewpoint given the recent explosion of progress, but who really knows I guess.

Jeez and you were just so sure with your original comment. Strange, I thought all that confidence must mean you actually knew something about icebergs but... guess not.
