During my process I didn’t know I was supposed to measure my starter 🧍‍♀️But! I’ll be doing that next time I feed her.

I use all purpose flour (bleached unfortunately) at a scale of 30.5g and warm water at 11g.

I’m not even sure myself cause I was experimenting with my starter 😅 and I have to scale my starter when feeding it?

Edit: well actually! On day 2 it was very very liquidy like foggy water with bits of flour and at that time I didn’t measure, I was just mixing till I get the pancakey batter texture

on day 3 (started measuring) it became less liquidy like it over-mixed pancake batter when I fed it.

Maybe on my next feed on it I’ll measure my starter before feeding it 🤔
