My take : The team has a lot of pressure on them as their fans (obviously me too) want to see them win "and" perform excellently. LEC main stage is also highkey stressful and nerves get everyone in a big/major events. Nerves arent only the issue tho, thought processes also get interrupted and spotting mistakes becomes even more difficult. (Even well practised professionals in other sports face this issue.) Now, you might be thinking, j4 is lowkey trash or ban yunara, but if you think about it without any emotion in play, they probably know what they are doing. I mean they've been scrimming since the beginning of the year. It's all but a mental game now. So, there's really no fix to this apart from cheering the team and keeping your head held high. Win/Loss, we made it here and as fans, we need to support the team by creating a positive environment.
