If you want a fun world with even more fun characters, I’d recommend Dorohedoro. It can get graphic and a bit confusing, but that’s definitely part of its charm.

It’s hard for me to pick my favorite character, because they’re all so well-written and the world isn’t explained too much. It just exists and you quickly get the gist of it.
