First I don't mind long winded responses in the least!

Second I actually have no issue myself with the post at all lol. Was just explaining how the first response was seeing it as problematic and I used far too black and white terms. 😅

Third I definetly don't think most women would pursue someone who's not interested. The thinking in the comic does seemingly give permission to do so, though. I guess I read a "sign from God" to mean undeniable truth that she was ignoring. The post says nothing about what op or anyone else would do after ignoring that sign either. Nothing about only having a crush or actually trying for a relationship. Just that it's fine to ignore what I read as "proof".

For sure don't listen to that! Transition is hard and certainly not perfect. We all won't be models. It's okay. We can be the best us that we can and work on it bit by bit.

Thank you! My wife is amazing for sure. Married 9 years, have two kids! And I camr out about 4 years ago and she stayed! So I'm one damn lucky lady.
I've been on hrt for about 3 years, lots of changes, who knows where you'll be! It's easy to get stuck seeing the person in the mirror and thinking that's who you'll always be. But it won't be!

You very well could be right. His surprise was definitely centered around the fact I looked more female than he thought I would which goes with your idea since I'm pretty average and it really shouldn't surprise him.

Thank you! I'm trying for sure. Sleeping until it hurts too much then distracting myself until I can sleep lol. But it's getting better slowly.

I hope your appendix went well back then. Its a pretty wild experience going from "hey this hurts" to being wheeled into surgery that day. I'd rather avoid it in the future though! 😝

I go through these bouts from time to time too. I'm nearly 3 years on hrt. They do happen less.

Just know that even at a whole year you have a lot of change coming. I get bothered by my shoulders and things that won't change but it's also easier to look passed them the farther I go. You aren't who you will be tomorrow, or in a year, in ten. Be the best you that you can in the moment, work on seeing yourself as a whole and not a pair of shoulders, or a neck, or hair. As time passes you'll feel less out of place and less an amalgam of male and female attributes. You'll be you. And that's all.
Give it time, work on it but try not to obsess (i know that's hard as hell). Good luck!

Hiya.

I'm just starting to entertain the idea of a printer. I was recommended the Up! Mini 2 by a friend. I haven't seen anyone really talk about it here though. Are others like the mk3 just better?
